Fit for Life Expo at Kansas

In Wichita, Kansas there is a Health and Fitness Festival that is entitled “Fit for Life” Expo. It is an event dedicated to the public awareness of the human body and how to keep it healthy. Fit for Life expo is designed to educate the attendees on how to take care of their bodies and how to observe proper diet habits. The event is a one day show covering lectures, speeches, classes, medical and dental mission, exhibits of innovative healthcare and skincare products and free consultations.
The Fit for Life Expo contains a lecture class which focuses on correct eating and diet habits, and exercise. This module targets the working class aged 20-50, who work in an office setting. It is so because these people are more prone to have illnesses that result to their being in front of the computer for long periods of time. They are given proper stretching and relaxing techniques that they can do even while sitting in front of the computer.
There is also a free medical and dental mission and consultation for those who cannot afford a visit to the doctor/ dentist. Patients who need assistance will be assisted by the volunteer health professionals present in the event. Free medicines are also given away to the patients who can’t afford it. People who can’t afford to pay for their medicines and consultations are truly thankful for this beneficial event. It is high time for them to be informed of their illness and with the free medicines; recovery is not too far away.
There will also be an aerobics class showdown which will be conducted by some of the country’s fitness experts. Attendees will have fun donning their favorite sweats and gym gear as they dance the day away. Aerobics classes will be on a per hour basis, with one hour interval in between. A Bollywood and belly dancing class will also be conducted for the ladies as well as yoga and meditation classes.
