If you have yet to visit the Tropical North Queensland region of Australia, you may want to consider planning a trip to visit. Tropical North Queensland is one of the most beautiful and naturally preserved region in all the world. Most of the areas in this region are listed as World Heritage, and this is due in part to the natural rainforest that remains.
A walk through the Daintree Rainforest will offer you insight into the incredible natural wonder of the rainforest. The flora and fauna will amaze you, but perhaps even more amazing is the way in which the rainforest has been naturally preserved. A trip through the rainforest will allow you insight into the different species of creatures that call this amazing land home. You can almost feel the history of this amazing wilderness area.
In addition to the rainforest there are many other wonderful areas to visit. One of the more popular areas, especially among tourists, is the Great Barrier Reef. The Reef has some of the most beautiful colors of nature all created by the coral that lines it. There is a blue stream of water that runs into the orange coral and many other breathtaking sights. Other fun things to do while visiting the Great Barrier Reef is scuba diving and cliff climbing. When you scuba dive you are given an up close look at the aquatic creatures of the reef and it is an experience that will always be remembered. If you cliff climb then you will be rewarded with one of the most spectacular view of the region. No matter what you do at the Great Barrier Reef, you are sure to make many wonderful memories.
