What to Do When You Are In Paris?

Visiting Paris, known all over the world as the city of lights and romance, is an experience of a lifetime and is the perfect mixture of culture, travel, and cuisine. There are so many different places you could visit together with many other things you could do during your trip to Paris.
The first place to visit on your list should be the Cathedrale Notre Dame which is the heart of Paris. This is a true masterpiece when it comes to the French Gothic architecture. It has rose windows that are spectacular, and the interior is absolutely immense. For those of you who love architecture, there is also the Sainte Chapelle which is the most exquisite attraction based on Gothic architecture.
If you are an art enthusiast, you should go to the Musee d’Orsay which holds a great collection of paintings, sculptures, and other objects. There is also the Louvre, Paris that in itself is unique and very tempting. Here you can find the most famous works of art from all around the world. There are also pieces of art that were originally collected by the French Royalty and were later on donated to the museum.
When in Paris, you can also enjoy the French cuisine which is mouth watering. The best restaurants that you can find in the city are the Les Fontaines, Au Bistrot de la Sorbonne, Les Degres de Notre-Dame, Au Jardin des Pates, and a lot of others. Furthermore there are great bars and clubs in the city that includes Batofar, La Locomotive, and Mustangs.
There are a few very lovely parks and gardens in Paris which have fancy landscapes and open spaces where you can take a leisurely walk, chill out, and also have picnics. As far as shopping in Paris is concerned, it is one of the things the city is famed for. There are large designer shops together with small shops that sell antiques and other local goods such as clothes, pottery, wine, books, and a number of other things.
One of the greatest attractions in Paris is the Eiffel Tower which is supposed to be the tallest construction in the world. Standing on top of the Eiffel Tower, you can have a look at the city as far as forty miles. In addition there is a movie theatre, a bar, and restaurants in it.
Another splendid museum that is great is the Musee du Quai Branly which has pieces of work from Africa, Oceania, America, and Asia. You are able to see attires, music instruments, masks, and other artefacts from many different parts of the continents. Furthermore there is the National Picasso Museum which has all the phases of art by Pablo Picasso from his preparatory sketches to large sculptures.
One of the greatest attractions of the city is Disneyland Paris and is a paradigm of all the European amusement parks. There is also a tremendous theme hotel where you could enjoy yourselves. When in Paris, you would see that there is too much to explore, and the time is always short as there are so many different things in the city that are pleasing for every person, irrespective of what their interests are.
